FILEDOC SOFTWARE is committed to protecting the personal data of its customers, website users, app or newsletter users, employees, job applicants, trainees, and trainers, in all situations involving data processing. This Policy reflects the company’s commitment to respect personal data protection rules, comply with and ensure that its subcontractors comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016), Law No. 58/2019 of 8 August (which ensures the execution of the Regulation in Portuguese law), and other applicable legislation.

5. When and how do we collect your personal data?

FILEDOC SOFTWARE collects your personal data through direct contact, by phone, email, post, website browsing, or by filling out forms, always ensuring the prior consent of the data subject where required. FILEDOC SOFTWARE may also process personal data collected and transmitted by third parties, who are responsible for such processing operations.

6. How long do we keep your personal data?

Data will be stored and retained only for the periods defined in Annex I. For newsletter subscriptions, data will be stored and retained for as long as the subscription or registration remains active.

As data subjects, customers and/or website users have the right, at any time, to request access, rectification, updating, restriction, or deletion of their personal data, as well as to object to their use for commercial purposes or withdraw consent, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
