All SGQ documentation is managed through robust versioning mechanisms. Filedoc ensures that:

• each revision is submitted, analysed and approved through configurable workflows
• all revision or deletion requests are recorded, even when rejected
• users can only produce documents using the most recent and approved version
• any change follows controlled states such as Under Approval, Approved or Rejected
• the update and distribution of new versions is performed automatically by the system
