Managing HR documents
The HR department has critical decisions to make, such as whom to hire, how to improve the integration process, and how to better manage employees.
From there, HR managers can create simple workflows to manage these critical areas, for example:
- Employees with the right talents and knowledge are easily found because application CVs and emails are stored in a central location for easy search by decision makers; and information flows effortlessly between team members.
- The employee recruitment process is improved, as managers can create digital workflows for all new hires. For instance, it is possible to automatically send welcome emails along with the employee manual.
- Approval of expenses, submission of absence excuse letters, among others, are other examples of processes that can be managed.
