Cognify provides Filedoc with advanced intelligent document processing features, including automatic classification and categorization with AI, through a training process that involves gathering data, training the model and evaluating the results. In addition, it offers the ability to generate automatic summaries of documents and/or processes, condensing essential information.
Cognify’s natural language search functionality goes far beyond simply looking up documents. Users will be able to ask questions on various subjects and get specific, contextualized answers, without needing to know the exact terms or specific fields in the system.
For example, instead of filling in traditional filters, users can ask questions such as “What is the status of the last case submitted?” or “Which documents of a certain type have been amended in the last week?”.
