When its Portuguese subsidiary decided to go ahead with a “dematerialization and automation of supplier invoicing” project it consulted Filedoc Software and after analyzing competitors and alternatives decided on Filedoc’s “Document and Process Management” solution.
The solution implementation project took place with an excellent understanding between the two parties and with a good Project Management, having achieved all the defined goals.
With this project Samsung was able to fully dematerialize the supplier invoicing process and automate the associated work processes.
With Filedoc’s email automation module, all invoices are sent in a totally secure way to an email account and, through a set of well-defined and customized rules, they are automatically classified and indexed and integrated in Filedoc’s repository, initiating the appropriate processes.
As an example, the invoice approval workflow is fully automated and digital, with a strong integration with the company’s ERP.
