Filedoc Portal

The Filedoc Portal helps employees, suppliers and partners access or submit documents, interact with various processes running in the organization, or check the status of certain processes.

Access is made through a secure protocol via browser from any device (personal computers, tablets or smartphones) through authentication.

Users, after being duly authorized and depending on their credentials, can access different areas, thus being able to perform certain operations such as:

• Interacting with certain stages of the organization’s processes
• Submitting documents, forms or inquiries
• Access the pending documents area
• Making orders and document approvals
• Searching documents and/or processes
• Digitally sign documents
